The Youth Leadership Program

Class Schedule: Tuesdays 10:00am – 11:30am

The Youth Leadership Program is our starting course, all other courses support The Youth Leadership Program.

The Youth Leadership Program is designed to inspire our children to awaken their own powerful leader within.

Children ages 5-7 and 7-12 will be empowered to discover and learn how to think for themselves, by being taught how to challenge their own limiting beliefs, fears, doubts and other negative thoughts that get in the way of their full potential.

Through self-awareness, our students will learn how to discover for themselves their own answers, their own self-confidence, and their own self-worth.

In conjunction with the other emotional intelligence-based classes we will offer, our young leaders will soon develop the healthy interpersonal skills and abilities they will surely need in order to navigate the extraordinary challenges they will face in this forever evolving world.

Here are the Six Pillars of Leadership that will be our framework:

Below are some of the leadership distinctions we will be teaching:

Personal Power – Responsibility Perspective vs Victim Perspective

Honor and Integrity – Honor yourself and others and always tell the truth and do the right thing

Authenticity– Be real, and always be your true self.

Respect – Love and respect yourself and be respectful to others

Dependability – Always be on time, always keep your word, follow through with what you start.

Resiliency – Dig down deep to find your inner champion, be bigger than your circumstances.
